Grady Kohler

Grady started his Real Estate career while in an undergraduate finance program at the University of Utah. He was inspired by one of his professors, an MAI commercial appraiser, and from that introduction to commercial real estate has built an impressive career. In 2003 he went back to the University of Utah and received an MBA while working full time as a top producing sales and investment agent. In 2008 he was awarded the National Association of Realtors 30 under 30. He completed his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) in 2009 and is the 2014 Utah CCIM chapter president. He currently Chairs the CCIM Purchase and Sales agreement board and teaches the commercial sales contract around the state of Utah. He has overseen over 3,000 closed transactions as Principal Broker. His experience, leadership, and technology background make him a great team leader in our collaborative brokerage.
